Why did Developers plan this type of community?
They recognized the need for a development that could offer affordable, turn-key packages that could provide all the amenities of very exclusive neighborhoods.
What amenities does the village offer?
We offer county water, sewer, and underground utilities. There is a clubhouse with a small library, music room, kitchen, and card room for property owners. Additionally, we have swimming pool, six stocked fishing ponds and an 18 hole miniature garden golf course.
Are there any planned activities?
Yes. To mention a few, the men have a formed golf league and play weekly. The women meet and go out for lunch on a regular basis. A Social Committee prepares a calendar of events and activities for the year that reflects the interest of almost everyone!

Are there Property owner Association dues?
Yes. The dues take care of pool maintenance, tennis courts, common areas and any future repairs that may be necessary. The dues are currently only $150 per year!
What Are the Property Taxes like?
Taxes are very reasonable. Annual taxes on an unimproved lot (no home) range from $126 to $150. Again, that is PER YEAR!
Do I have to purchase a home now?
No. The Developers took into consideration that you might want to purchase your lot at today’s favorable prices and purchase your home in the future.
